This is the 2nd Project in the 2nd Phase of this Initiative. This project comes from Egypt and the project holder is interested in exploring the idea of constructing a learning community on educational development in the Middle East.
The goal of the project, at the outset, is to explore a possible topic architecture for such a community. What are the key issues? What are the challenges? Is their a need for development? If so how might this best be acheived? What might a 'developed' educational system look like?
A team of mentors is being assembled and the project infrastructure is under construction.
